Graduated professional with 10+ years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design. Originally from Guatemala, where I got my architectural degree, now based in the beautiful mountains of Whistler, Canada, doing interior designing.

After a few years of getting myself grounded in Guatemala as a Designer, I got the itch of going to explore the world. I traveled to Whistler for mountain biking, and I ended up falling in love with the mountains, nature, and lifestyle. The mountain life was calling me and I eventually moved to Whistler in 2019.

 

With a strong foundation in Architecture, I started practicing interior design in Canada when I worked for a local design studio, doing mountain contemporary and coast modern residential projects. It was a great opportunity to put me up to speed with my career in Canada and get the know-how of northern buildings.

Now I stay current with design trends and local codes to keep providing successful designs. I work closely with my clients and different trades to ensure all design aspects and needs are taken into consideration. My goal is to ensure the client's vision through a thoughtful designing process. Each room, ambient, and transition between spaces are treated with materials, shapes, lighting, palette color, dimensions, and right orientation to give a sense of balance and harmony along with creativity and functional designs.
